I'm over 40 and I haven't worked out in years. Is this the right place for me?

Yes. Most of our members are busy adults in their 40s, 50s, and 60s starting from exactly that point. Every workout scales to your level, and your coach programs every session for where you actually are, not where you think you should be.

How is this different from a regular gym or bootcamp?
